Crossmans EPC's for new build housing

EPCs are required for all New Build properties.

The EPC for new build or converted properties are SAP based and must be completed by an accredited 'On-Construction' DEA.

Crossmans are accredited with Elmhurst Energy and use the latest Elmhurst Software.

The EPC is produced from the plans and specifications provided for the SAP report. At the 'Design' SAP stage, a PEA (Predicted Energy Assessment) is produced which can be used to market the property prior to completion.

Once the property has been completed, the 'As-Built' SAP is prepared and the EPC is produced as part of the submission to Building Control for the Completion Certificate.
