Crossmans SAP calculations for new builds

All new buildings require the SAP calculations to comply with the Building Regulations and pass Building Control.

Crossmans will provide an initial 'Design' SAP report based on the building design and specification received, which will enable the energy compliance results to be assessed and any specification amendments made.

Once the building has been built the 'As-Built' SAP report is produced with the actual build specifications included. This is then sent to Building Control as part of the Completion Certificate requirement along with the EPC.

To produce a SAP for a new build or a conversion, Crossmans require a full set of scaled plans and design specification information which you provide by simply completing our SAP New Build Data form, available by clicking on 'SAP Data Forms'.
